The Heath Quartet with Philip Higham Cello
The Heath Quartet won the First Prize and the Audience Prize at the Tromp International Festival in Hollland and Second Prize in the Haydn International Competition in Vienna. Future plans include recitals in London, Manchester and Edinburgh. The Heath Quartet is making its second visit to the Woodbridge Chamber Concerts after its hugely successful concert last year.
Philip Higham won First Prize in both the Leipzig Bach and Warsaw Lutoslawski Cello Competitions. He has studied with Ralph Kirschbaum and is currently performing throughout the UK.
